This privacy policy is issued on behalf of Vibrant Foods, so when we refer to Vibrant Foods, we are referring to the relevant company in the Vibrant Foods Group responsible for processing your data. We will let you know which entity will be the controller of your data when you purchase a product or service with us. Vibrant Brands Ltd is the controller and responsible for this website.
We have appointed a data privacy manager who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this privacy policy. The data we collect about you

Some of our external third parties are based outside the UK so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the UK.

The right to request access
